Terry is the President and founder of AIM Utility Advisors. He has over 30 years of experience in the deregulated natural gas and electricity markets with a background in risk management and finance. Terry has a Business degree from University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
TJ Lally
Director of Business Development
TJ has been with AIM since 2017 and has a proven record developing effective, straightforward programs that maximize savings while balancing budget stability for a wide array of customers. He specializes in coordinating RFPs & customer service for multifacility /multistate customers and manages several strategic partnerships that add efficiencies to clients. He started 4 years of football at South Dakota State University and earned a BA in Economics.
LINA TROXELL
Operations
Lina has over 25 years of experience in the deregulated natural gas and electricity markets. She has held various roles in the Energy Industry including Director of Operations, Billing and Contract Administration Analyst and IT Analyst over the years. She has worked directly with large industrial as well as small commercial end users in providing information they need to make daily decisions and resolving their billing and pricing issues. Lina has a BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois in Chicago.
will MICKALSKI
Business development manager
Graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where he earned a BA in Business Management and played five years of college baseball. Currently works as a business development manager for Aim Utility Advisors.
Robert J. Mondo
Account Manager
Bob has been in sales and account management at AIM since 2009. He has an extensive background and expertise in the markets and energy business. Bob has also owned his own business, Volite Insurance Agency, since 1973. He is a graduate of Furman University in Greenville, SC.
